Participant Acknowledgment and Waiver

By registering for the Gathering, or by booking, paying for, or taking part in a one-on-one Session with Adam Rodriguez, I acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Voluntary Participation

I am taking part voluntarily. I have read the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer, and I understand what I am joining.

2. Not a Licensed or Clinical Service

I understand that Adam Rodriguez is not a licensed therapist, physician, dietitian, attorney, or financial advisor, and that the Gathering and Sessions are not therapy, medical care, or professional advice. If I need clinical care, I will seek it from a licensed provider.

3. Psychedelic Integration

I understand that Adam does not provide, source, recommend, or supervise the use of any psychedelic or controlled substance. Any decision I make about substances, and its consequences, is mine alone.

4. Fitness and Nutrition

I understand that anything shared about exercise, fasting, or nutrition is general information, and that I will consult a physician before acting on it. I take part in any physical activity at my own risk.

5. Confidentiality in the Gathering

I will keep what others share in the Gathering private, and I will not record, screenshot, or stream any part of it. I understand that Adam cannot guarantee that other participants will do the same.

6. Video Delivery

I consent to the Gathering and Sessions being held by video conference, ordinarily Zoom. I understand video has limits compared to meeting in person, may fail, and is not fully secure.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release

I take full responsibility for my own wellbeing and for the choices I make during and after the Gathering or a Session. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release Adam Rodriguez and Metaplexus LLC from any claim arising from my participation, except claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Crisis

I understand that the Gathering and Sessions are not for emergencies. If I am in crisis, I will call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

9. Age and Accuracy

I confirm that I am 18 or older and that the information I provide is accurate.
